The story behind iScuela One

The Founding of Espranza Innovations

2008

In 2008, Maninder Singh Bajwa founded Espranza Innovations, establishing a presence in India and Australia. This venture focuses on leveraging technology to enhance educational access and quality.

The launch of iScuela

2012

iScuela showcased its innovative solutions at the prestigious J.W. Marriott, highlighting the transformative impact of its educational technology on the student’s journey.

iScuela was recognised by United Nations

2013

In 2013, iScuela was recognised by the United Nations for its innovative approach to enhancing education in rural areas. This selection underscored its commitment to bridging educational gaps and promoting digital literacy among underserved communities.

World education congress global awards

2013

The awards ceremony, held at a dazzling and glamorous event, recognized iScuela’s outstanding achievements and remarkable contributions to the field of education.

Invited to world economic forum

2016, 17, & 18

Invited to annual meeting of world economic forum in Davos 2017, also invited to the annual meeting of new champions (world economic forum) in Tianjin 2016, 2018.

iScuela was selected, among 2275 submissions from 147 countries as one of the world’s best e-content applications in the category of Education For All.

Punjab digitisation project

2017

We worked in collaboration with the Government of Punjab to digitise and digitalise all 19,272, government schools across the state of Punjab.

NCERT collaboration project, eVidhya

2020

The PM eVidya initiative won the UNESCO Prize during COVID-19, and we received appreciation for producing NCERT content broadcast 24/7 on TV channels.

2021

Selected for having directly impacted 1,000,000+ lives with our innovations.

Launched personalised adaptive learning platform

2022

We developed a personalised adaptive learning platform for the Haryana government, utilising AI and LLMs to support government school students.
